Traditional All-on-4 surgery is largely freehand. The surgeon decides implant positions during the procedure, and the prosthesis is fabricated afterward to compensate for whatever surgical compromises were needed. Under the STAR Concept™ protocol, the implant positions, prosthesis design, and aesthetic outcome are all planned digitally before surgery. Surgical guides direct implant placement within fractions of a millimeter of the plan, and a pre-fabricated provisional bridge is attached the same day. The result is a more predictable outcome with better aesthetics and fewer complications.

What to Bring to a Consultation

If you have been seen elsewhere, bring any recent panoramic x-rays, CBCT scans, or treatment plans you have received. We will do a fresh CBCT and intraoral scan, but prior records help us understand the full history. Insurance is discussed transparently at the first visit — we do not bundle surprise fees into treatment plans.
